ARLTC is an overhaul of CY_BORG's cybernetic system, implementing a risk/reward mechanic to its usage, and expanding upon the base options to allow for more playstyles.
This supplement contains:

• Revised rules for the cybernetics in the original book
• 20 New pieces of cyber-ware
• 20 'Malfunctions' AKA things that can go wrong when using cyber-ware
• 3 New drugs
• A new job containing a unique piece of cyber-ware
